ACCOUNT INFORMATION

YOUR DATA.

This page describes how this independent community server uses account information.

What the service stores

Your account name, a salted password hash, your verified recovery email if you add one, your characters, and saved game progress. Passwords are not stored as plain text. Short-lived authentication and email-reset tokens are used to sign you in or recover your account.

Device identifiers and bans

When you sign in through the game launcher, it sends a game-specific hash of your computer’s firmware system identifier. Raw hardware identifiers stay on your PC. The server records this hash with your account and first/last login times to enforce account and device bans. Moderation records contain the ban reason, duration and reversal history and are included in protected backups. A device ban can affect other players using the same PC. Contact support to appeal a ban or report a shared-device or hardware-change problem. Ban records may be retained after account deletion to prevent ban evasion.

Why it is needed

Account information is used to authenticate you, save and restore your progress, verify your email, recover your password, and operate the game. IP addresses are used to limit abusive requests and troubleshoot connections. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Its necessary session cookie keeps you signed in.

Support conversations

Tickets opened on the website include your signed-in account name and verified email. Support replies and your follow-up messages from the website or email are saved in the same private conversation and included in protected backups. Original incoming emails may include attachments. Email copies pass through our email delivery provider and the team’s support inbox. Only the account holder and authorized administrators can view a website ticket. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

Hosting and backups

The game and account service run on dedicated infrastructure in Germany. Protected backups are stored separately. Third-party infrastructure providers deliver the website and process transactional verification, recovery and support emails.

Recovery and deletion

Active account records remain until deleted. Rotating operational logs and retained backups may contain earlier account information. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that you control the account before making a change.

Keep your account secure

Use a unique password and verify an email address you control. A password reset signs out existing sessions. Never send your password to support.
